Five real UK properties, each with a fixed asking price, analysed by the same engine your clients’ reports come from. Every figure below is sourced; nothing is estimated.

Fixed scenario

SW11 2PN · asking price £750,000

These five are curated examples, so the asking price is fixed rather than something you type. Your own reports take any UK address and any price.

Who is this for

This changes which purchase-tax scenario leads, how strongly a finding is emphasised and the order of the compounding risks. The underlying data and the full set of findings are identical either way, and anything re-emphasised says so.

Why we built this

We’d rather give you the proper verdict than a quick one.

A verdict isn’t a guess — it’s a conclusion you only reach once the evidence actually supports it. That’s the standard every PropVerdict report is held to. If a source has no answer for a property, the report says so, in the report itself, not in small print you have to go looking for.

That discipline runs deeper than the copy on this page. A risk only ever gets flagged when every signal behind it has genuinely come back — never inferred from a partial pattern, never given a rating when the underlying data doesn’t exist. If we can’t verify something, we tell you it’s unverified rather than quietly leaving it out. Silent never reads as clear.

It’s a slower way to build a report. It’s also the only way we’re comfortable calling it a verdict at all.

No estimates, ever
If a source has no answer, the report says so.
Compound risks, not compound guesses
A combined-risk flag only fires when every underlying signal is real.
