Trust & Security
Built on data you can verify, handled the way regulated professionals expect.
PropVerdict AI is built for people whose clients rely on them to get it right — brokers, agents and solicitors. Here’s exactly how we handle data, and where every figure in a report actually comes from.
Where the data comes from
Every figure in a PropVerdict report is sourced from a named open register — HM Land Registry, the EPC Register, the Environment Agency, police.uk, Ordnance Survey and equivalent public sources, plus Google Maps Platform for imagery and location data. Nothing is estimated or modelled to fill a gap: where a source has no answer, the report states that plainly.
Data protection
PropVerdict Ltd (company number 17390081) is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller, registration reference {{ICO_NUMBER}}. We handle personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy; business customers can request a signed Data Processing Agreement.
Who processes data on our behalf
A short, named list, kept current: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Google Maps Platform (address resolution, imagery, environmental data). We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How it's protected
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS across the service), access is controlled, and hosting runs on reputable infrastructure providers.
