1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They’re widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner.
2. The categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary (always on). Required for the Service to function — for example, keeping you logged in, remembering items in an in-progress report request, and maintaining security (CSRF protection). These cannot be switched off, because the Service cannot work without them, and under UK law they don’t require consent.
Functional, analytics, and marketing. As of today, PropVerdict AI does not use any analytics, marketing, or non-essential functional cookies — only strictly necessary session/authentication and UI-state cookies are set. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated to describe the specific tool and cookies added before they go live.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies may be set by services we use to run the Service, rather than by us directly — for example, Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. These third parties are responsible for their own cookies in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies.
