These Subscription Terms apply to any paid subscription to PropVerdict AI and sit alongside our Terms of Use. Where there’s a conflict on billing, plans, or cancellation, these Subscription Terms take precedence.
1. Plans and pricing
We currently offer a single subscription plan at £49.99 per month, billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable tax; PropVerdict Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on subscriptions. If that changes, we’ll update pricing to show VAT separately and notify subscribers in advance.
2. Free trial
We do not currently offer a free trial.
3. Billing and payment
Subscriptions are billed automatically to the payment card you provide, processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details ourselves. Billing recurs monthly from the date you first subscribe, until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we may retry it, suspend your access to paid features, or both, until payment succeeds. Persistent non-payment may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will not receive a separate reminder before each monthly renewal, consistent with a standard rolling monthly subscription; you can cancel at any time as set out below.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing billing@prop-verdict.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then, and will not be charged again after that.
We do not offer partial-month refunds for cancelling partway through a billing period, except where required by law.
6. Cooling-off period (consumer subscribers)
If you are a consumer (not subscribing on behalf of a business) and you are based in the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and to receive a refund. Because the Service provides digital content and ongoing access from the moment of purchase, by starting to use the Service within the 14-day period you acknowledge that you may lose the right to a refund for that period once the service has been fully performed — but you may still cancel future renewals at any time as set out above.
7. Price changes
We may change our pricing from time to time. If we increase the price of your plan, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
8. Refunds
Except as set out in section 6 (cooling-off period) or where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused features.
9. White-label / business subscriptions
Where a business subscribes in order to generate white-labelled reports for its own clients, the subscribing business is responsible for its own pricing and billing arrangements with its clients — PropVerdict AI has no contractual relationship with, and does not bill, the end clients who receive reports.
10. Fair use
Plans are intended for genuine business or personal use of the Service. We reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limits (for example, on the number of reports generated or emails sent per day) to protect the Service for all users, and to contact you if we reasonably believe your usage pattern indicates abuse, resale, or automated scraping rather than genuine use.
11. Suspension for breach
In addition to non-payment, we may suspend a subscription immediately, without refund, for a serious or repeated breach of the Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
12. What happens to your data when you cancel
See our Privacy Policy for our data retention periods. In summary: reports you have already generated remain accessible via their shareable link for a period after cancellation, after which they and your account data are deleted in line with our retention schedule, save where we are required to retain records for accounting or legal purposes.
