- Yes. One price per seat, and no separate charge per search or per report. We'd rather be straightforward about the price than hide a limit in the small print.
- Can I see a real report before I pay?
- Yes — the five sample reports on the homepage are the genuine output of the engine, and the subscribe page also shows a full example report before you enter any payment details.
- What counts as a seat?
- One person, one login. Seats share the same branded workspace and the same billing.
- Do you offer discounts for larger teams?
- Yes — brokerages and larger teams get volume pricing. Request a demo and tell us your team size, and we’ll talk you through a rate.
- Monthly or annual — can I switch?
- Yes, any time from your billing settings.
- Can I cancel any time?
- You can give notice to cancel at any time — it takes effect at the end of a 30-day notice period. Annual plans run for the year you've paid for and don't auto-renew at a different price.
