Accessibility Statement

What we have done, what still needs work, and how to tell us about a problem.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

PropVerdict Ltd wants as many people as possible to be able to use PropVerdict AI. This statement explains what we’ve done to make the website and Service accessible, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us about a problem.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA level, the widely recognised standard for web accessibility, even though PropVerdict AI is a private-sector service and not one of the public bodies for whom meeting this standard is a strict legal requirement under the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations. We think it’s good practice and the right thing to do regardless.

What we’ve done

  • Built the site with semantic HTML and labelled interactive elements, to support screen readers.
  • Chosen a colour system, including our red/amber/green report ratings, designed to remain distinguishable for colour-blind users — ratings are always paired with a text label (“Clear,” “Worth checking,” “Needs attention”), not colour alone.
  • Designed the interface to be usable via keyboard as well as mouse/touch.
  • Aimed for sufficient colour contrast between text and background throughout the site.

We have not yet run a formal accessibility audit (automated or manual) against the live site — this statement reflects our design intent rather than a verified audit result. We plan to run one and will update this statement, including any gaps found, once we have.

Known limitations

We don’t yet have a formal list of known limitations, pending the audit described above. If you encounter a problem, please tell us using the contact details below and we’ll add it here.

Feedback

If you find any part of PropVerdict AI difficult to use, or need information from a report in a different format, contact us at support@prop-verdict.com. We’ll aim to respond within 5 working days and, where reasonable, provide the information in an alternative format.

Enforcement

If you’re not happy with our response to an accessibility complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for guidance on your options.
