This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and applies to everyone who uses PropVerdict AI.
You must not
- Use the Service to generate reports for a purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to harass, mislead, or defraud any person.
- Scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically download report data from the Service, or use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service, other than through any API we may formally offer in future.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service itself (as distinct from a report you have lawfully generated for your own or your client’s use).
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data, or system that isn’t yours, or to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is not permitted by law.
- Use white-label branding features to misrepresent your affiliation with, or endorsement by, another business or individual.
- Upload or submit content (including business logos or client data) that you don’t have the right to use, or that infringes a third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other person’s use of it.
- Use the Service to process personal data of report recipients without a lawful basis for doing so under data protection law.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches of this policy, and may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
